We operate with integrity and transparency. If a piece has condition issues, we describe them clearly in the text - and will gladly send additional photos or a brief video upon request. We generally ship within 48 hours of order placement.

We are open to reasonable offers on purchases of three or more pieces - but please understand in the event we decline. We’ve spent decades collecting these pieces which were - and are - exceedingly hard to find, meaning they rarely enter the market. We’ve made our prices as reasonable as possible.

Orders ship from Wilmette, IL, USA. Orders shipped within the State of Illinois will be charged mandatory 10.25% sales tax.

Shipping by Fedex is free within the continental United States. Insurance fees must be paid by buyer and buyer will be invoiced separately for them after sale. Buyer declines insurance coverage at their own risk. Although we pack pieces with the utmost care, we assume no liability for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping and insurance fees to Alaska, Hawaii and destinations outside the United States will be paid by Buyer in a separate invoice. Buyer specifies carrier, shipment cost, and amount of insurance. We assume no liability for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

All sales are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.
